All of our items are handcrafted and made to order due to the nature of items including a wide range of sizes and metal colour options. Therefore, please allow up to 15 business days to process and ship. If an order takes longer than expected, you will be contacted as soon as possible by a representative.

You will receive your order from the date it is shipped, not from the date that it is placed. Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number via email that will allow you to follow the progress of your package.

Your country’s customs office may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When you order arrives at customs, either our shipping service, or the customs clearance office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. In some circumstances the shipper is required to pay certain duties and taxes, in advance, on a customer’s behalf. For instance, the shipper may pay an advance fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs release or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these instances, the shipper will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to the party designated to pay duties and taxes.

Unfortunately, Mondselle does not offer any returns, only exchanges. While we appreciate your business with us, we have a strict exchange-only policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.
Mondselle will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, and unused pieces for exchange. We, however, do not allow exchange of earrings due to hygiene reasons. In addition to exchanges, Mondselle offers store credit that never expires. Mondselle accepts exchanges for up to 5 days after items are received. If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, a restocking fee of 15% is applied for the difference in fee. We charge no restocking fees on items that are exchanged for another item of equal or higher value.
Return packages must be shipped pre-paid through a trackable and insured mail service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Items not eligible for exchange:
- Items that show evidence of wear
- Items purchased at a discount, on sale, or with a promotion code
- Personalized or customized items
- All earrings are final sale
Preparing the item for exchange
Step 1: Before you send the package, make sure the item is packaged in the original packaging box and in a shipping box to avoid further damage. Sending in an envelope may damage the item further.
Step 2: It is best to package the box prior to bringing it to the mailing service store. Please always take extra caution with fine jewellery to avoid theft.
Step 3: Please be sure to send it back to the below address via insured mail service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and insure the package for the cost of the item. Sending overnight or 2-day is best for security.
Step 4: Provide us with the shipment Tracking Number in an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Shipping and handling charges on the original purchase are non-refundable.
Mondselle reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
